Yes. The cookers are made from Fontana SteelTech, a high-strength steel designed for outdoor use and guaranteed for 20 years against corrosion.
This material ensures durability, structural strength and weather resistance, maintaining both performance and appearance over time.
However, for optimal protection during periods of prolonged non-use, we recommend using dedicated covers.
The modules can be delivered fully assembled or flat-packed, depending on the customer’s requirements and the chosen delivery method.
In both cases, assembly is designed to be simple and intuitive, ensuring quick installation and maximum convenience.

It is important to consider:

FORNI PIZZA GESTIONE ELETTRONICA
- Display → Once you have connected the power supply, press the POWER button to switch it on. To switch it off, hold the button down for 3 seconds.
- App → You cannot switch the oven on. To switch it off, tap the black ‘Turn OFF’ button on the home screen.
- Display → Press the dial; the default temperature will be 350 °F (177 °C). Turn it to adjust the temperature (left to decrease, right to increase). You can now set the timer or skip this step by pressing the knob again and starting the cooking process (flashing flame icon).
- App → On the main screen, tap the temperature and swipe up or down to adjust it.
Insert probes 1 and 2 into the bottom left corner of the display using the appropriate jack connectors. Once connected, the display or the app will show the detected temperature. If they are not inserted, ‘noP’ will appear on the display, whilst the app screen will only show the general cooking chamber temperature and not that of the probes.
You can also set the target temperature you wish to reach with the probes via the app; once the temperature is reached, an alert notification will appear on the connected device.
Check that the oven is plugged in and that the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped. If the problem persists, contact the support team.
The system is designed with your safety in mind: in the event of a fault, the gas valve closes automatically, combustion stops and an error code appears on the display. This causes the oven to shut down and prevents any risk.
An alphanumeric code will appear on the display, each corresponding to a specific fault (sensor, power supply, circuit board). Consult the manual to identify it. If the error does not reset after following the initial steps outlined in the manual, contact the customer service centre.
