What makes Maestro a high-performance oven is certainly the meeting between cutting-edge technology and the Italian culinary tradition:

the perfect roundness of the vault facilitates air circulation. Furthermore, the gas burner positioned on the bottom distributes the heat evenly and in less time; the smoke outlet circuit forces the heat to stay even longer inside the cooking chamber, which translates into less gas consumption.

Maestro is available in two sizes: 60x40cm and 40x40cm

Maestro 60 has a useful cooking surface of 60×40 cm, to guarantee performances identical to those of a professional oven, but with the advantage of being able to be taken anywhere.

It is made of painted steel and stainless steel, equipped with flue and rainproof chimney-top, steel door with no-hot handle and analogic thermometer.

Inside there is a very thick steel flame hitter, to improve heat distribution and protect the vault from any heat stress.

The high performance of Maestro 60 is also guaranteed by the thick insulating material that insulates the vault, which allows to reach high temperatures in less time and with less gas consumption.
