IGN-Focum

Focum is the built-in charcoal grill for Ignes that marks the encounter between Fontana’s 80 years of experience and the millennia-old Japanese “Yakiniku style” cooking tradition. Built in thick steel, the firebox is crafted from refractory clay bricks to enhance optimal heat distribution, also enabling extremely fast direct cooking and drastically reducing charcoal consumption. Fitted with a combustion control system through an adjustable air intake lever, it comes with a spacious lid and a second warming rack to enable smoked, indirect and low-temperature cooking.
