Inc QV
Inc QV is the elegant built-in version of the Gusto oven, retaining all the distinctive features of the original model, including the CLEVER ventilation system. The structure is completed with cast-iron doors and burn-proof handles, combining design and safety.
The real innovation is the digital control: the analogue thermometer and timer give way to a modern, intuitive display from which you can monitor the temperature, set cooking times and operate the interior light and fan, the latter with three speeds designed to match the power to the different oven sizes. The display also features two jack inputs for the probes that monitor food temperature during cooking.

Clever: innovative ventilation system
Clever is a completely redesigned ventilation system that reaches 250 °C in 25 minutes (*) using just 1.5 kg of wood, delivering a clear answer to demands for energy saving and efficiency.
The fan, positioned on the rear wall of the oven, draws out the vapours produced by the food, eliminating all humidity from the cooking chamber. At the same time, the heat reaching the base of the cooking chamber directly from the combustion chamber follows a forced rotary path created by the fan’s thrust.
This pushes the heat from the back of the oven to the front, where it vents through small holes at the front: this not only ensures perfectly even cooking but also prevents the sudden release of heat when the oven door is opened, by creating an air barrier.
*Temperatures and times refer to an oven measuring 45×80.
