The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from when the same or a third party (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchase of several products delivered separately with only one order, received the last product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Fontana Forni srl, with registered office in San Lorenzo in Campo (PU) 61047, via G. di Vittorio, 6, contacting the customer service fontanaforni@fontanaforni.com, indicating “Returns and Refunds” as a reason for contact. Indicate the number of order and product returned. To comply with the withdrawal period, simply send the request before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If the customer decides to withdraw will be reimbursed the payments he has made with the exception of transport costs for the return, which will be made by the courier appointed by Fontana Forni srl. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless it requires reimbursement on a different means of payment, in this case will be charged to the customer any additional costs arising from the different means of payment chosen. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received.
The withdrawal period is respected if you notify the return request within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you came into material possession of the goods.
The purchased goods must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, new and unused, in the original packaging complete in all its parts (including documentation and accessory equipment), receipt and any gifts.

The direct costs for the return of the goods will be borne by the customer, which will be directly deducted from the amount refunded.
The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


If the customer has received a faulty or damaged product, please indicate this reason as the reason for the return during the online return request to fontanaforni@fontanaforni.com customer service, to be made no later than 8 (eight) days from the day on which you came into material possession of the goods.
You will be asked to upload one or more pictures relating to the defect found and a confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
