TECHNICAL FEATURES
∙ Double-baking refractory of high thickness: a double layer of refractory (8 cm) and a mattress of insulating material to not even disperse a degree of temperature. All materials are certified for food use.
∙ Steel: durable and strong but lightweight material at the same time. The vault in stainless steel 441 of high-thickness allows to have always a clean and sterilized oven without any combustion residue
∙ Painted parts: only electro-galvanized steel and powder painted for maximum weather resistance
