Direct cooking

Piero is compact, perfect for generous spaces but also ideal for smaller ones. It is the hybrid oven par excellence: it is possible to prepare dishes with indirect cooking using gas or direct cooking thanks to the combustion of wood using a convenient kit supplied.
It has a 60×50 cooking plate that allows, when using the gas version, to cook two pizzas at the same time.

Piero is equipped with refractory stones, certified for food use, with very high performance: an ideal thickness and clay composition allow for the creation of a dry environment that, combined with heat, results in fragrant and perfectly cooked food.

Piero allows temperatures of over 400°C to be reached with wood and 350° with gas.
